Eco luxurious Tree House: Casse En Bwa la: Sleeps 2.

Casse En Bwa la (house in the woods or treehouse) is set in 4 acres of private gardens.

Our original name for Dominica is Waitukubuli (long is her body). Casse En Bwa La sits on the tip of her nose.

This romantic 1500 ft2 Tri-hexagonal tree villa grew from the terrain and the trees here at Manicou River. She was planned and built once this amazing volcano mouth location was discovered up on the foot hills of Mourne Aux Diables. With 360' overwhelming views staring in the miniature woodland around to the breath taking infinity views of Mourne Diablotin, The Caribbean Sea and then the French islands of Guadalupe and Marie-Galante she is the highest house on the North of Dominica.

Casse En Bwa la is a pure local. Built with 100% hard woods, Acajou (a tropical red cedar), Powye (white cedar) and Bwa dem (Bay Tree) to name a few. The trees have been left mostly in their original form with the bark removed so you can to share in their beauty and texture. (She loves to be stroked and patted.) The house is protected with organic linseed and teak oils. Only metal, glass and stone have been used in building. Her heritage is to return to the land whence she came to fuel future trees and homes.

Fully stocked chef's kitchen with over 100 herbs, oils & spices. 5 = gas burner Jenn-air cook-top, black granite and marble sinks, 100% local wood furniture built on site, king size waterbed and over sized bathroom with solar filtered rain water shower. Luxurious, elegant organic leather chaise lounge and sofa.

Each tree house lodge has been built on the side of the volcano using our unique 500ft2 Eco Octagonal design. They each differ in the placement of windows to allow the maximum airflow for your comfort, doors & bathroom placement for privacy and the beds are positioned to maximize star & moon gazing. Our policy is not to disturb the environment therefore the lodges have been built with a ground level walk in and up to a 25ft elevation to ensure the best views and treetop living. Each one faces into the sun and moon sets over the Caribbean Sea and is directly under the Milky Way.

The mini-chef kitchens are stocked with breakfast basics, herbs, oils & spices. (We are happy to supply any flavors from the villa, just ask), 4 gas burner Jenn-air cook-tops, black granite sinks and dining table and chairs. The private bathroom has solar shower, toilet, hand blown glass or pottery sinks, king size waterbed and solar rain water shower. Lounge area with hammock. 100% organic local wood furniture built on site.
